Before you pay
What happens when a plan expires?
A monthly pass runs for the days it lists; a package runs until the end date shown on its card. Either way it then simply ends, with nothing debited automatically. Your account and everything in it stay exactly where you left them; the parts gated to Pro close again until you buy another pass. Renewing is a new purchase, not something that happens to you, and renewing early adds the new time after your current pass ends, so nothing you paid for is lost.
Can a parent pay for their child's account?
Not as a separate flow yet. A purchase is made from the account it applies to, so today that means signing into the student's account to buy it. The parent link itself stays read-only either way — it was never a way to see or manage billing.
Will I be charged automatically?
No. There is no auto-debit and no recurring mandate — a pass is bought for a period and simply ends. Nothing here re-charges you without you coming back and buying the next one yourself.
