The deal, in plain words

Anyone preparing for the exams we cover. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian has to agree before your account starts — see the privacy policy for how that works.

The account is yours and is for one person. Sharing a login means sharing a diagnosis, which makes the diagnosis wrong for both of you — the product measures whoever is answering.

Tell us the truth about your age band. Everything about what we may keep and who must consent hangs off that one answer.

A Pro pass runs for the period you bought — 30 days or 365 — and then it simply ends. There is no auto-debit, no recurring mandate and nothing that re-charges you. Renewing means coming back and buying another one.

When a pass ends, your account and everything in it stay exactly where you left them. The parts that are Pro close again; nothing is deleted.

If a payment is taken and the pass is not delivered, write to us and we will refund it. Beyond that, a pass that has been used is not refundable — you had the thing you bought.

Prices can change. A change never affects a pass you have already bought.

We check the bank continuously and retire questions found to be unanswerable — two identical options, an impossible key, a solution that contradicts its own answer. That checking is automated and it is honest: when it cannot trust its own input, it says so instead of guessing.

Even so, a bank this size will contain mistakes. If you find one, report it from the question itself. We would rather retire a question than defend it.

Questions drawn from past papers belong to the bodies that set them. We use them under the rights we hold for each source.

We do not predict your rank, your percentile, or whether you will get in. Nothing here is a forecast of an exam result. A readiness figure describes what we have measured about the syllabus you have covered — and where we have not measured enough, we withhold the number rather than dress up a guess.

We are not a substitute for your school, your teachers or your own work. We are a way of finding out what you have not learned yet.

We try to keep the service running and will not always succeed. Where the law allows us to limit our liability, we limit it to what you have paid us in the last twelve months.

You can delete your account whenever you like, from your settings. You do not have to ask us and you do not have to give a reason.

We can close an account that breaks these terms. If there is unused time on a Pro pass when we do, we will refund it unless the reason for closing was fraud.

If these terms change we will update this page and the date at the top. Carrying on using the service after that means the new ones apply.

These terms are governed by the law of India.
